Virginia Vaughan Barnes

Virginia Vaughan Barnes, 84 of Louisville, passed away May 28, 2012 at her residence. She was the daughter of William G. and Ruth Vaughan Barnes. She had retired from the old Bensinger Furniture Store after many years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Gran Jr. Barnes and a niece, Lorri Jackson. She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Ann (Barnes) Jackson (Jack), nieces and nephews, Pamela Rhea, Tammy Nelson, LeAnn Bigos, Tammy Humphrey, Rich Jackson and Ron Jackson. She is also survived by two great-nephews and four great-nieces. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. EST at the Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at Heady – Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway.
