He was a native of Cleveland, OH, retired Army officer of the Vietnam War and a life member of VFW and American Legion.
His survivors include two sons, Mike and Mark Schroeder; one brother, Tom Schroeder of Melbourne, FL; two sisters, Evelyn Girard of Cleveland and Sister Donna Maria Schroeder of IHN, Monroe, MI; twin granddaughters, Abby and Emily Schroeder; nephews and nieces and a very special friend, Susan Schroeder.
Service will be noon Friday, January 18, 2013 at W. G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service with burial in Ky. Veteran Cemetery Central. Visitation: Friday, noon until service time. Cremation was chosen
