He was met at the gates of Heaven by his mother Blanche Ray.
William leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of 35 years Pamela Jarvis; four children, Greg Jarvis, Tony Jarvis, Abdul Jarvis, and Gina Frazier.
He also leaves his three brothers, Stanley Womack, Bobby Womack, and Frankie Womack; one sister Gloria Bundick; and many other family and good friends.
A funeral service for William will be held at the Okolona Church of Christ (6105 Outer Loop Louisville, KY 40219) on Saturday at 2:00pm. Visitation will be at the Church from 1:00pm until service time at the church.
