He was a retired Baker for A & P Bakeries and an Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; and a son, Larry; and a granddaughter, Jessica.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda Lanham Hand, a son; Jerry Lanham; sister, Barbara Sue; brothers, Ben, Billygene and Charles; grandchildren, Todd, Christy, David; and great- grandchildren, Sean, Sarah, Lea, Jack.
His funeral service will be 12 p.m. on Tuesday at Hardy Funeral Home, with burial following in Highland Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be on Monday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
