William Slaton Neighbors, 66, Brooks, Ky. Went home to join his heavenly father on January 24, 2016.He was preceded in death by his parents, Veda and Ovel Neighbors, brothers, Ralph and Van Neighbors And nephews, Kerry and Wallace Neighbors. William is survived by his wife of 25 years, Roberta Graham-Neighbors; daughters, Mary(Howard), Nida and Jamie Miller; sons, William Wayne Neighbors, Dillard(Jessica) Graham-Neighbors; grandchildren, Lindsey and Robbie Neighbors, Noah and Nathan Nida; brothers, Michael B.(Diane) and Roderick(Sheila)Neighbors. A large group of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and his extended family. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
