Ms. Jackson was born January 8, 1965 in Lufkin, TX and passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 in a Nacogdoches hospital.
She was a custodian at Stephen F. Austin State University. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother.
Survivors include son, John Christopher Jackson and his wife, Alubrey; grandson, Benjamin Jackson; sisters, Susie Evans and husband, Gary, Linda Kellogg and husband, Mike, Brenda Sanders and her husband Michael; step-father, Bob Atkinson, Sr.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents, Sally Sue (Massey) and Larry Benjamin Metcalf; son, Joshua Jackson and daughter, Amanda Jackson.
No visitation is planned.
