Knuckleheaded boys, a scheming girl, and the love of your life. That is what you said yes to when you walked over and started talking to my mother. Somehow you didn't let that shake you. You hung in there with us! You gave us a little sister and a lifetime of memories. It was a hard road most of the time. Mom got sick, you were asked to care for Memaw, and you already had a full time job. Your example of love to this family is one that I can only hope to replicate. You taught us how to be men that stick it out. While I may not have been born to you, I will always be proud that you were my DAD!
I love you Dad!
