

Mr. Sanches worked for Greater Lufkin Ford as well as other local body shops where he did paint and body work and acted as shop manager. He was a lifelong resident of Lufkin. He loved his family, especially his wonderful mother and children, and was a great son and dad. He was also a lifelong auto enthusiast. Mr. Sanches was a member of Chestnut Drive Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Betty Sanches of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Janis Sanches of Pollok; daughters and sons-in-law, Faith and Eddie Bentley of Lufkin and Patricia and Russel Bauer of Alto; grandchildren, Christopher Bentley, Misty Sanches, Candy Bentley, April Sanches, and Caylon Bentley; great-grandson, Logan Bentley; and numerous other family members and friends.
Mr. Sanches was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha Sanches; father, J. R. Sanches; and mother of his children, Polly Pinner Sparkman.
Pallbearers will be his special friends - Robert Harris, Danny Havard, Harold Grimes, Leon Sanches, Greg Sanches, and Russel Bauer.
Honorary pallbearers will be his special friends - Donald Morgan, Wendell Morris and James Flowers.
Mr. Sanches' family wishes to extend special thanks to all of the compassionate staff of Hospice in the Pines for the loving care shown to him.
Services for Mr. Sanches will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2012 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Blackie Cranford and Bro. Elton Musick officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at Gipson Funeral Home.
