Florence Catherine Flowers, 78, of Zavalla, was born April 11, 1932 in Zavalla, Texas, the daughter of the late Irene (Jones) and Ernest Pittman. She passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2011 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Flowers was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Survivors include her daughters, Brenda Joyce Flowers and husband Sid and Pamela Jones; son, Arthur Flowers; and grandchildren, Amber Lange, David Flowers, Jason Ray, Denine Odom, Terry Primrose and Buddy Primrose.
Mrs. Flowers was preceded in death by her husband, Chris Primrose.
Graveside services for Mrs. Flowers will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2011 in the Poland Cemetery in Zavalla.
