I will always remember Aunt Marie as the most loving person with the biggest heart, and the most amazing laugh. She and Pete shared everything they had with others. Once when little, they took me to Dairy Queen to get a dip cone which I ate so fast that I said “I wish I’d gotten a cone like you two”... they played along; turning the truck around to head back to DQ to buy me another “first” cone, and apologizing that they’d forgotten me on their original trip!
Marie made all of us kids feel like we were her most favorite, and she’ll be greatly missed just like Pete.

Georgia was an absolute joy to know and will be missed so much by many of us who had the honor of taking care of her.

I will always remember Aunt Marie for her sense of humor and herbloving memories of family. As a child, our family traveled a great deal with my Dad being in the Army, but always looked forward to our trips home and seeing my Aunt Marie. She made the BEST fried chicken and I have many wonderful memories as a child with both she and Uncle Pete! She was a wonderful, kind, and loving Aunt!
