Services for Gwen Hulsman, 76, of Lufkin, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2016 in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park, 5205 S. First Street, in the Elwyn M. Gipson Memorial Chapel, with Bro. Horace Fletcher officiating.
Mrs. Hulsman was born February 12, 1940 in Parkdale, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Mollie (Brown) and Bernard Lovett. She passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 in a Houston hospital.
Mrs. Hulsman was a friendly, outgoing person who never met a stranger. She will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Louis Hulsman of Lufkin; sister, Phyllis Watts of Houston; brother and sister-in-law, John and Betty Lovett of Port Arthur; and a number of other family members.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hulsman was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the Elwyn M. Gipson Memorial Chapel in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
