Marie Lambert Lambert Jackson

Mrs. Jackson was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and sister. She enjoyed spending time with her family and working in her garden. And, she enjoyed cooking for her family. Mrs. Jackson was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Wells.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Jack Moeller of CA, Bobbie and Ray Loving of Lufkin, Barbara and Ed Schrimpf of MT; sons and daughters-in-law, Curtis and Betty Jackson of Oakwood, TX, Michael Jackson of CO, daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Larry Oliver of Lufkin, Bessie and Donny Goodin of Lufkin, Patricia and Bill Barfield of Wells; sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy and Sherilyn Jackson and Louis and Patricia Jackson, all of Pollok; 23 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Eugene Lambert; sisters, Tommie Nash, Nola Irvin, Ann Hawkins, Alice Berry and Virgie Getro; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Jackson; son, David Jones; daughter, Linda Marie Cadwalder; sisters, Viola Williams and Reba Griffith; and brother, James Boyd Lambert.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Tom Martin, John Paul Martin, Daniel Oliver, Justin Oliver, Jeremy Allen, Thomas Jackson, Louis Frank Jackson and David (Bo) Jones, Jr..

Honorary pallbearer will be Randal Grimes.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m.Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Horace Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow in Gann Cemetery.

Friends are invited to visit with the family from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening at Gipson Funeral Home.
