Mary Evelyn McBride

Mary Evelyn McBride, 84, of Lufkin, was born May 17, 1938 in Lufkin, Texas, the daughter of the late Betty Evelyn (Gholson) and John William Burns. She passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023 in a San Augustine nursing facility.

Mary was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Stan and Angela Markus of Lufkin; daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Edward Glover of San Augustine; grandchildren, A. J., Madelyn and Mary Ann; and great-grandchildren, Katie, Grace, Caroline and Maggie.
