Ruby and Daniel shared 20 years of marriage, enjoying the simple pleasures of life together. They especially loved gardening, spending time side by side growing vegetables and flowers and watching their garden flourish through the seasons.
Ruby will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Pam Holt, and her brother, Paul Grammer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bonnie Grammer; her siblings, Troy Grammer, Burnice Beaird, Willow McMurrough, Cecil Barfield, and Marie Deggs; her husbands, Robert Dykes and Daniel Melancon; and her son, Gary Dykes.
Having lived 101 years, Ruby leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a story that spans generations. May the love she shared, the life she lived, and the memories she leaves behind bring comfort to those who will miss her dearly.
