Mrs. Kesinger was born October 19, 1935 in Lufkin, Texas, the daughter of the late Adessie (Johnson) and Sherman Palmore. She passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016 in a local nursing facility.
Mrs. Kesinger was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a longtime member of Harvest Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Kesinger; stepsons, Clay Kesinger and wife Rogena and Bubba Kesinger and wife Charlotte; grandchildren, Sean Beckwith, Heather Shaw, Kyla Alders, Karys Alders, Skyler Kesinger, Jake Kesinger, and Amanda Donoghue; and cousins, Joyce and Joe Dunn.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kesinger was preceded in death by her first husband, Johnny Waller; daughter, Nancy Jo Beckwith; sister, Shermalee English; and brother, Jerry Palmore.
