WAKEFIELD – Barbara Louise Dawes, 71, of Wakefield, formerly of Swampscott, Sunday, September 6, 2015 at home in Wakefield. Barbara was the daughter of the late Arthur E. and Gladys M. (Sheehan) Dawes. She was the beloved sister of Judith Dawes of Swampscott, and is also survived by her caregivers and fellow residents at Hartshill group home in Wakefield. Barbara’s funeral service will be held at the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St., Lynn, on Wednedsday, September 9th, at 12 p.m. noon. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon, prior to the service in the funeral home. Interment in Harmony Grove Cemetery, Salem, will be private.
