Barb was a lifelong Lynn resident and graduated from Lynn English High School, Class of 1959. She worked for Lynn Sand and Stone until her retirement and then she enjoyed being a driver for GLSS.
Affectionately known as “Aunty Barb” to all who met her, she will be remembered for her love of Monte’s Pizza, having fun at the casino, and spending time with family and friends.
She was the dear sister of Ray P. O’Blenes and his wife Christine of Florida and Robert O’Blenes and his wife Sharlene of Peabody. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also predeceased by her brothers Charlie O’Blenes and Jim O’Blenes, and her sisters Jean Connor and June McCormick.
Per the family’s request, her burial will be private.
