Bonita Lee (Trabucco) Gallant, 77, of Peabody, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024 at home surrounded by those she loved. Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Gelott) Trabucco. She was the loving wife to late Roger Gallant with whom she shared 40 wonderful years of marriage.

Bonnie lived out her life in Peabody, she was employed for many years by the Peabody Public School Department as the head of communications. It was known in the building that if you needed anything, Bonnie was the lady you always turned to. She took great pride in her job and the lifelong friendships she made there. She was also heavily involved in the Peabody Athletic Hall of Fame, which she continued to work on during her retirement.

Bonnie is survived by her children; Lisa and her husband Stuart Katz of Hampton, NH., Michelle Gallant and her partner Joe Pobiedzinski of Peabody, Phillip Gallant of Peabody, Denise and her husband James Anthony of Somersworth, NH, and her beloved grandchildren Adelynn, Bennett, and Calista Anthony.

She is also survived by her brothers; William and his wife Yvonne Trabucco of Beverly, Frank and Joan Trabucco of Peabody, nieces; Annie, Amy, and Maryella and Nephews; Mark, Nicholas, and Matthew.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Bonnie's honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We invite all of Bonnie’s loved ones to join us in celebrating her beautiful life at Supino’s in Danvers on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
