Brenda A. Carroll Randazzo

Mrs. Brenda A. (Carroll) Randazzo, age 54, formerly of Beverly, Salem, Mashpee and Lynn, MA, died on Friday, July 4, 2014. She was the wife of the late Ronald P. Randazzo of whom she shared 19 years of marriage.

She graduated from Brayton High School (Massachusetts Hospital School, Canton, MA), Class of 1977; received a B.A. in Social Work from Salem State College, Class of 1981 and continued on to receive a Master’s degree in Social Work from Salem State College. She worked in this field for thirty years. She was a case worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for over twenty three years and had recently retired.

Brenda was the daughter of Janice M.E. (Provencher) Carroll and the late Richard J. Carroll, Sr. of Lynn. She was the sister of Richard J. Carroll, Jr. of Vestal, NY, Pamela A. Kelly and her husband Michael of Dover, MA, and Kathleen M. Michaud and her husband Robert of Lynn, and was the sister of the late Susan M. DeQuina and Norma Jean Carroll. She leaves several nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.

Brenda was a devoted Catholic who loved her family, relatives and friends. She loved her independence, to spend time with others, to travel, and to celebrate special occasions. She was full of life and enjoyed company.

Her funeral will be held from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn on Friday at 10AM, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Pius V Church Lynn at 11AM. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lynn. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM.
