Carlos Carrasquillo

Mr. Carlos Carrasquillo, age 50 years, of Mall St. Lynn, died unexpectedly, Thursday at Union Hospital after being stricken at home. He was the former husband of Carmen L. Sanchez, and boyfriend of Carmen Santanna. Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Epifanio & Pura (Aponte) Carrasquillo. He was educated in Puerto Rico. Mr. Carrisquillo moved to Lynn in 1984 and has resided here ever since. He was a self-employed auto mechanic. He was a musician and enjoyed playing his guitar at all family get togethers. He is also survived by two sons Luis Espinosa of Lynn, Misael Carrasquillo of Lynn, one daughter Rebecca Carrasquillo of Lynn, one brother Andre Carrasquillo of Reading, PA, four sisters Lillian Carrasquillo of Lawrence, Virginia Carrasquillo of Providence, RI, Anna Carrasquillo of Reading, PA, Maria Carrasquillo of Lynn, six grandchildren Derek, John Carlos, Alexis, Misael, Julianna Carrasquillo Lydializ Rivera, and many nieces and nephews. He was also father of the late Alexis Carrasquillo, and grandfather of the late Gabriel Carrasquillo. Service Details: His funeral will be held at The Parker Funeral Home, 35 Franklin St. Lynn on Monday at 11:00 AM. to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours from 2:00 - 6:00 PM Sunday.
