Charles E. Colclough

Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Milton S. and Dorothy M. (Marsh) Colclough. He lived in Lynn for most of his life before moving to Rochester, NY, 26 years ago.

He was a Staff Sergeant in the US Marine Corps and served from 1958 to 1962.

A mason, he was a member of Mt. Carmel Lodge AF&AM, and of the Sutton Royal Arch Chapter. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America.

He worked for GE for 25 years, and also worked for Advanced Screw Products of Deer Park Run, NY for many years.

He was the father of Andrea Colclough-Dolo and her fiancé Rich Noonan of Dedham, Lynne Carlisle and her husband Chris of Tewksbury, Kathy Dignard and her husband Ernie of Seabrook, NH, Elizabeth Lane & her husband Allen of Yorkville, TN, George Colclough and his wife Sally of Winthrop, Raymond Dunn and his wife Linda of Avon, NY, and father of the late Charles Poole, Erick Colclough, Karen Colclough.

He leaves 10 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.

He was the brother of Carol Blanton and her late husband James of Danvers, William Colclough and his wife Helen of Mobile, AL, and John Colclough of Salem.

Funeral services will be held in the CUFFE-McGINN Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn, on Tuesday, May 6 at 12:30 PM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
