

Cheryl A. Dyer, 43, of Marblehead MA, died Wednesday at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, after a lengthy illness. Raised in Swampscott she was the daughter of Carol (Larson) Dyer of Warwick RI, and Roger A. Dyer and his wife Brenda of Norway, ME. She attended schools in Swampscott, and graduated from the North Shore Regional Vocational High School of Beverly, MA. Cheryl was employed as a cosmetologist for several area beauty salons in the North Shore area, and was most recently employed as a waitress at Sweeny's Retreat in Marblehead. She lived a full life and enjoyed cooking, motorcycle rides, her cats, and her many friends and family. In addition to her parents she is survived by one sister Debra (Dyer) and her husband Larry Troiano of Warwick, RI, one brother Christopher Dyer of Old Orchard Beach, ME, two step-sisters Dena Martin and Debbie Whitman of Norway, ME, several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Service Details: Cheryl's funeral will be held at the First Lutheran Church, 280 Broadway, Lynn on Monday at 11:00 AM to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Cremation will follow at Harmony Grove Cemetery.
