Craig McLaughlin

Craig M. McLaughlin, age 44 passed unexpectedly on September 29, 2026. He was born on November 17, 1981 in Lynn, and graduated from Masconomet Regional High School and continued on to become a master automobile mechanic working at Acura of Peabody, Portsmouth Ford in NH and Jackson Hole Ford in Wyoming. He was all about his family and enjoyed spending time with them anytime he had the chance. He loved the outdoors, walking with the dogs in the wooded areas near his home, skiing, snowmobiling, four wheeling in New Hampshire and Maine and enjoyed the simple things like mowing the lawn, doing yard work and landscaping while enjoying his time outdoors.

He was predeceased by his father, James McLaughlin III and his maternal grandfather, Norman Durkee; and is survived by his mother Debra Burridge and stepfather Donald Burridge of Middleton, MA; his grandmother, Joan Durkee of Lynn, MA; his siblings, Kristin Sullivan of Deerfield, NH, Melissa McLaughlin of Danvers, MA and Matthew McLaughlin and his wife Heather of Rowley, MA; his aunts and uncles, Mark Durkee and his wife Joanne, Craig Durkee and his wife Karen, Cynthia Durkee-Tavis and her husband Donald; his girlfriend Alicia Platt as well as countless nieces, nephews and cousins.

Craig has been cremated and there will be no formal services per the wishes of his family. In his memory, please donate to Great Dog Rescue New England, www.gdrne.com.
