Diane Evelyn Shore-Camp of Shirley, and formerly a long-time resident of Lynn, passed away in her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the age of 51. Born in Lynn on June 26, 1966, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Evelyn (Nestor) Shore. Diane was raised and educated in Lynn. She was a dedicated mother and homemaker as she raised her children. After 22 years in love together, Diane married her best friend, Christopher Camp on February 19, 2017 in Shirley. Diane had an eclectic taste in music but loved all kinds. She loved to dance as if no one was watching. She loved the sun and spending time on the beach. Of all her favorite things to do, nothing was more special to her than the time she got to spend with her children and grandchildren.
Diane leaves her husband, Christopher Camp of Shirley, her children: Debra Southwick-Flaherty and her husband, Paul Flaherty of Shirley, Donna Corrigan and her husband, Patrick of Attleboro, Nicholas Recker, II of Lynn, and Caitlyn Camp and Jacqueline Camp, both of Lynn, her nine grandchildren, and her siblings: Bernard Bryer and his wife, Jayne of Lynn, Elaine Tenney and her husband, Alfred of Lynn, Donna Granese and her husband, Richard of Newburyport, and Doreen Reynolds of Lynn and the late Maurice Reynolds. Diane was preceded in death by her brother, Frankie Bryer.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11am. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Visiting Hours will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, June 21st from 4 to 8pm.
