Dmitriy Mongayt

Born in Moscow, Russia, Dmitriy was the son of the late Alexander and Valentina (Grigarovich) Mongayt. He attended University in Moscow and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. Following his education, he worked as a Chemist at the Art Restoration Center in Moscow before retiring as a Research Associate at Northeastern University.

Dmitriy is survived by his children Sergey Mongayt of Riga, Latvia, Anna Counselman of San Francisco, CA and Nina Suliman of Israel. He also leaves his grandchildren Tristan and Sasha Counselman, Matvei and Demian Mongayt, and Jordan, Neta, and Yoni Suliman.

In addition to his parents, Dmitriy is predeceased by his son Andrey Mongayt.

Friends and family are invited to attend Dmitriy’s visitation on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Cuffe-Mcginn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. His funeral service will follow at 5:30 PM.
