

Born in Lynn and a graduate of Lynn English High School, she was the daughter of the late George and Sadie (Nicholson) Booth.
Eleanor worked at the Russo Candy House, Route 1, Saugus.
As a couple, she and Donald enjoyed dancing, playing cards and travelling. She spent winters in Naples, Florida for the last 25 years. In Florida, she enjoyed the poolside fun and playing bocci with her many friends, and was a member of the Red Hats Society.
She also enjoyed golf and was proud to have had two holes-in-one.
She leaves her children Donald W. McClory, Jr. and his wife Sharon A. of Littleton, Sharon A. Clarke and her husband Richard of East Islip, NY, and Michael G. McClory and his companion Teresa Davis of Hampstead, NH, her grandchildren Brian McClory, Stephanie McClory, Nicole Clarke, Christopher McClory, Daniel McClory, Stephen McClory and Matthew McClory. Also survived by Teresa’s children, Kirsten Davis, Zak Davis and Zane Davis. Eleanor was the sister of the late Alvin Booth and George Booth, Jr.
Eleanor’s Funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8AM from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn. Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church Lynn at 9AM. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Special Olympics Massachusetts, 512 Forest Street, Marlboro, MA 01752.
