

Mrs. Elizabeth A. “Betty” (Gaudet) Creamer, age 58, of Danvers formerly of Lynn, died peacefully Friday evening in the Kaplan Family Hospice House surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of Lawrence A. “Larry” Creamer, with whom she shared 38 years of marriage, love and friendship.
Born in Lynn, Betty was the daughter of the late Ernest “Pete” and Theresa (Landry) Gaudet. She attended St. Jean’s Grammar School and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School class of 1972. She resided in Lynn for most of her early life before moving to Danvers 25 years ago.
Betty’s greatest pleasure was spending time with her entire family, especially her seven grandchildren. She considered them to be her most treasured gifts. Betty was an avid walker and runner around the town of Danvers. She loved going on cruises and traveling with her husband, Larry. They also created many happy memories while visiting North Conway, NH, one of their favorite spots. Betty was a communicant of St. Richards Parish and prior to retirement in 2011, she was the Office Manager of Kropa Dental in Swampscott for 25 years. Betty had many dear friends and loved them all.
In addition to her husband, she leaves her three children and their spouses, Timothy D. Creamer and his wife Stacy, Katie E. Guitard and her husband Dan and Lauren E. Rec and her husband Brian, all of Danvers. She was the sister of Corinne Aubrey and her husband Chet of Lynn, Lita Isham and her husband John of Ormond Beach, Fl, Donald Gaudet and his wife Susan of Ipswich and Michael Gaudet and his wife Sandra of Marlborough, NH. Betty was the loving Grandmother to Andrew, Timothy Jr., Jacob, Penelope, Elizabeth, Teresa and Bryson. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews who adored their Auntie Betty.
Betty’s Funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Wednesday at 8:30am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Richard’s Church, Danvers at 10AM. The family will hold a private burial at a later date. Visiting Hours are Tuesday from 4-8PM.
