

Born in Tewksbury Ma., he went on to attend Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown where he excelled on the Wrestling team. For most of his career he owned and operated a coffee shop within Boston City Hall. He enjoyed frequent conversations with his regulars which included some of Boston's well know politicians.
More than anything else, Frank enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He always enjoyed a healthy debate on political views and current affairs. He became an avid bowler later in life and competed as part of several teams. Frank enjoyed Irish Music, dancing and rarely missed a Red Sox or Patriots game.
In addition to his companion Beverly, he leaves behind his sister Angie Bean. He also leaves two sons Eric Daggett and his wife Lauren of Reading Ma. and Rusty Daggett and his wife Katie. Rusty and his wife are currently working and living overseas in Saudi Arabia. He is also survived by his grand children and great grand children along with many nieces, nephews and friends, whom he loved dearly. Frank was predeceased by his first wife Vivian, son Dennis and daughter Frances Atencio of Searsport Maine.
Frank's funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Friday at 10:30am followed by a Mass in St. Pius V Church at 11:30am. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Thursday 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory may be sent to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers Ma 01923.
