Francis J. Quinn bid the world good-bye, with a smile, on April 12, 2011. He is now with the Lord and beside his beloved wife, Agnes, with whom he shared sixty-four years of marriage. Once a soldier and always a gentle man, he helped raise five children with little money, lots of hard work, unfailing love, and constant prayer. Francis, Jr., Marie, Stephen James, Claire Ann, and Michael will be forever grateful to the “Ole Man” and to God for giving them the honor of loving him until the end. He was the beloved “Pa” of twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple Street, Lynn on Wednesday at 9AM. Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Chapel at 10AM. Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-7 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of choice.
