George Cariote was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word. He had a smile and kind word for everyone he met. He was loved here and will be missed by all of us at Olympia Square.

We were very saddened to hear about George's passing. He was a sincere, humble, kind man who we enjoyed chatting with .... listening to him tell stories about his gigs with his band. We were waiting to hear of his next one in Boston to go, as a group to see him. I wish I could have been there to pay my respects to this wonderful man, but at the same time I was at my Mom's funeral. As we drove to her burial site at St. Joseph's Cemetery, we passed by George's final resting place before he arrived. I will stop back to say a prayer and leave a special flower for George, the gentleman. He will be dearly missed. xoxo
