
Born and raised in Lynn on November 25, 1913, she was a lifelong Lynn resident, the daughter of the late Carl G. and Albertina (Brunner) Fischer. Helen graduated from Lynn English High School, Class of 1931.
She was a very active member of St. Stephen’s Memorial Episcopal Church, Lynn.
Helen was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed her home and spending time with her family.
Helen leaves two daughters Albertina Robillard of Lynn, and Carla Wiemers and her husband Daniel of Baldwinsville, NY, two cherished granddaughters Carla Lynne Smith and her husband Brian, and Christina Fanfara and her husband Walter, a great-grandson Matthew Clifton, and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Carl A. Fischer.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 10:30 AM in St. Stephen’s Memorial Episcopal Church, 74 South Common Street, Lynn. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Stephen’s Memorial Episcopal Church, or to the Alzheimer’s Assn., 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
