Born in Lynn, Irene was the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Amazalie (Taillon) Lessard. She attended and graduated from St. Jean’s Schools.
Irene was employed as a manager at the former Townline in Lynnfield. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, word games and all crafts especially knitting and sewing.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews as well as her dear friend, Elaine (Gannon) Jacques. She was the sister of the late Rudolph A. Lessard, Peter Lessard, Alfred Lessard and Henry E. Lessard.
Irene’s Funeral Service will be held in the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Monday at 12:00PM. Relatives and friends invited. Visitation prior to the Service beginning at 11:00AM. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
