My last Christmas gift to my grandfather was a trivia book. I sat next to him with my sister and brother-in-law until 11:00 p.m. reading him trivia questions and letting him answer. At 89 years old he could answer any American History question. I'd read the "last" question and he'd answer and say "Okay, one more." I'm so grateful for the time I spent with him and I'm going to miss him so much. He was so sweet and always smiling.

Dear Charlotte and family,
I worked with Jim at the North Shore Mall at Customer Service. He was a very kind man who loved his family very much. I always enjoyed his stories about his family.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
