

Born in Morganfield, Kentucky, James was the son of Jacqueline (Tombino) D’Italia of Lynn and the late Nicholas J. D’Italia. He was a graduate of Lynn English High School Class of 1967 and resided in Lynn for his entire life.
Prior to becoming disabled, James worked as machinist for the GE in Lynn. He was an avid baseball card and coin collector. He was a good father and grandfather.
In addition to his mother, he leaves his children, James Kivlehan and his wife Annie of Methuen and Laura Williams and her husband David of Medford. He was the brother of John D’Italia of Concord, NH and Linda Trahan and her husband George of Lynn. He was the Grandfather of Anthony Kivlehan, Jaclyn Williams, Jason Williams and Sarah Kivlehan and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
James’ Funeral will be held from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple St. LYNN on Tuesday at 9:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Pius V Church at 10:30AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting Hours Monday 5-8PM.
