Mrs. Jeanette (Doucette) Malhowski-Pelletier, age 93, formerly of Lynn, died on Wednesday, Feb. 1st at a local nursing home after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Joseph Pelletier and of the late Victor Malhowski.
Born in Wakefield, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (LeBlanc) Doucette. She lived in Lynn and Salem for most of her life.
She loved to travel and vacation with her family in New Hampshire. She also enjoyed Foxwoods, bingo and crocheting.
She leaves a son Edward Malachowski of N.H., three daughters Rosalie Davey of Peabody, Elaine D’Amico of Saugus, and Janet D’Amico and her husband Peter of Lynn, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters.
The funeral will be held on Monday at 9 AM from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home 157 Maple St., Lynn, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Pius V Church, Lynn at 10:30AM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Lynn. Visitation Monday morning 9AM to 10AM.
