Joan M. Gagner

Born in Norwood, Joan was the daughter of the late Dorothy Serowick. She was the foster child of the late Carlotta May and Frank Gagner of Lynn. Joan attended Lynn Schools and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School Class of 1957.

Prior to her retirement, she was a crossing guard for the City of Lynn and a bus driver for Travel Time Bus Company.

Joan enjoyed playing bingo, being with friends and entertaining.

She leaves her children, Carlotta May Woods and her husband Robert of Parsonsfield, ME and June Gagner of Lynn. Joan was the step mother to Linda Lewis and her husband Robert of Lynn, Caroline Smith of Lynn, Edward Gagner and his wife Robin of Rumsford, ME and Joann Morey and her husband Jeff of Manchester,NH. She was the Grandmother to Richard Daulton and his wife Jennifer, Joseph John Daulton II and his wife Amanda, and Alexander Morey. She was the Great Grandmother to Joseph John Daulton III and Jayce Eric Daulton. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Kevin Gagner.

Visiting Hours will be held in the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Saturday from 10AM-2PM followed by a Funeral Service at 2PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to Hospice of Southern Maine, 180 US Rt. One, #1, Scarborough, ME 04074.
