Dear Sue and family,
I am very sorry for your loss. Ozzy clearly had a lot of love and friendship in his life. I only knew him for the last year of his life but I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to care for him and learn from him. He had ways of communicating his needs if you just watched for his signals. Oz was very patient, good-humored, and never complained. I will miss his laughter and the singalongs but his spirit will live on. God bless.

My name is Emily. I was a caregiver for Ozzie at his home on Fremont Road. To his family I wanted to let you know that Ozzie was very special to all of us. It was a special moment I wanted to share. Although he had limited verbal skills at the time, once he was showering he would usually sing with me and the radio. It was heartwarming and amazing, how he could sing his favorite songs word for word and would smile when I joined in. He was very special to me and his memory will live on in our hearts. It was a privilege to work with him. Thank you, Emily

Dad,

After last night and seeing all the lives you touched and inspired helped me see even more of what a special person you were and how your memory will live on as a true legend and one of a kind. I love you so much and always will be so proud to be your son.

"Ozzy you're reckless and you live much too hard
Ozzy you're the joker in the dealer of the cards
You're a legend to the old man a hero to the child
Ozzy stole Sue's heart with only a smile"

Thank you for showing your brother what it meant to live life to its fullest. You taught me so much without even realizing it.

My teacher, my shield, my brother. I miss you.

When I was at my religious confirmation, john invited himself. He put on a suit and tie and somehow made his way from lynn to peabody. He sat with my mother and told her, " I'm Johnnie's only friend that came to his confirmation ". Priceless! He was such a character. That shows his commitment to his friends, that he always showed to ALL his friends, ( and he had many) OZZY will be forever in my heart. R.I.P. my friend.

Dear Jeffrey and Family;

I remember your Dad from Tech. He was a good kid and he was always having fun and laughing. I hope you can remember him that way and keep those memories close to your hearts.
The good memories will help you get through these difficult times.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Val
