Kathleen Gail Martin

Kathleen G. (Codair) Martin, age 68, a lifelong resident of Lynn, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Martin, Jr., with whom she shared 46 wonderful years of marriage.

Born in Lynn to the late Alexander and Eleanor C. (Graves) Codair. Kathleen was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School, graduating with the Class of 1969.

In her free time, Kathleen loved to read, camp in the White Mountains, spend time in her garden, and spend time with family and friends.

She was the loving mother of Brian K. Martin, Joseph M. Martin, III, and Katie M. Martin all of Lynn, and Scott M. Martin and his wife, Rachael of Peabody; the cherished grandmother of Jordan, Riley, and Miranda Martin, Cameron Codair, DJ Alicudo and Tyler Gonzales; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews.

The loving sister of the late Frank Codair, Marlane Codair, the late Mark Codair, Steve and his wife Sandy (Silva) Codair, and Donna Codair.

Friends and family are invited to attend Kathleen’s visitation at the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kathleen’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org.
