Born in Salem, Kelly was the daughter of Douglas C. Smith of Lynn and the late Kathleen (Rines) Smith. She was a lifelong resident of Lynn.
Kelly enjoyed reading, walking on the beach and watching movies.
In addition to her father, she leaves her daughter, Morgan Hart of Lynn. She was the sister to Jonathan Smith of Lynn, Randi Smith of Florida, Kimberly Smith of Ohio and the late Douglas C. Smith, Jr.
Visiting Hours will be held in the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Friday from 4-6PM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment will be private.
