Margaret A. Kimball Brinkler

Peggy was born in Lynn, daughter of the late Mark and C. Frances (Hill) Kimball. She was a lifelong resident of Lynn and was a graduate of Lynn English High School Class of 1958 and was a graduate of Lynn Hospital School of Nursing in 1961 the last class to graduate.

Peggy worked as a Registered Nurse at the former Lynn Hospital for several years until her retirement.

She was a long time communicant of Holy Family Church where she was also was a member of the Ladies Sodality. She was a long time member of the Lynn Elks # 117, the Emblem Club # 7 where she also served as President from 1995-2003, She was involved in running Nurses Luncheons for many years. Peggy also enjoyed listening to Elvis.

Peggy is survived by one son Lynn Firefighter Kevin S. Brinkler and his wife Kimberly, four daughters Katherine M. Veilleux , Barbara A. Funicella and her husband Scott , Christine L. Brinkler and Donna L. Amico and her husband Louis all of Lynn. She is the loving grandmother to Andrew, Matthew, Jennifer and Lia Funicella, Kenneth Veilleux, Quinn, Sailor and Reese Brinkler, Carter Brinkler, Samantha and Alex Amico. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn, Friday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass in Holy Family Church at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM. Gifts in her memory may be made to Hospice of the North Shore 75 Sylvan St. Danvers, MA 01923. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nahant.
