Born in Portland, ME, she was the daughter of Louis (Buxton) Bailey and step-daughter of Martin Bailey of Maine, and daughter of the late Henry Day. She lived in Lynn for most of her life
She leaves two daughters Beverleigh Hynes of Lynn and Crystal Gale Hynes of FL, a brother Leroy Day of Lynn, a sister Gale Garlick of ME, 2 Grandchildren Aleigha Montgomery and Xavier Gonzalez, and a grandson on the way Nikolas Quinones, five nieces and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
