Marie Pollio

Marie (Palermo) Pollio, age 96, of Southampton, New York, passed away Tuesday December 31, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, New York on September 9, 1923, she was the beloved daughter of the late Anthony Palermo and Catherine (Lentini) Palermo and was the cherished wife of the late Michael Pollio.

She was the beloved mother of Gloria (Pollio) Morch and her husband Jeffery, the cherished grandmother of Michael Morch and his husband Vinny Falci, Michele (Morch) Proctor and her husband Matthew, the loving great grandmother of Emily Proctor and Davis Proctor, and she was the dear sister of Anna (Palermo) Pistoria, Sarah (Palermo) Profera, Jaye (Palermo) Lombardo, Peter Palermo, and Sally (Palermo) Governale. She also leaves behind her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Marie’s visiting hours will be held at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763, on Monday January 6, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00PM. Her funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at St Sylvester Church, 68 Ohio Ave, Medford, NY 11763, at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are respectfully invited. Arrangements are under the care of the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home.
