Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Marie (Higgins) St. John.
She was the cousin of the late John Higgins and the neighbor and friend of Dolores Lampon and her husband, Paul, among others at the Tannery Building in Peabody where she lived for the past 17 years. She loved to socialize at in the lobby or outside with her friends there. Marie graduated from Fitton Central High School in East Boston and worked in the Kitchen at Lynn Hospital for 18 years until her retirement in 1991.
Marie’s funeral will be held on Monday, November 27th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church in Lynn. Burial will follow at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
