Mark A. Codair

Mr. Mark A. Codair, 55, of Lynn died Monday in the Kaplan Family Hospice House after a lengthy illness. He was the beloved husband of Donna M. (Callahan) Codair with whom he shared 32 years of marriage.

Mark was born in Lynn, son of the late Alexander and Eleanor (Graves) Codair. He was a lifelong resident of Lynn and was a graduate of Lynn Vocational and Technical Institute.

He worked at the General Electric Company River Works in the shipping department for many years.

Marks true devotion was spending time with his family and camping.

In addition to his wife he leaves four sons Alexander J. Codair and his companion Kristy Devlin of Allentown, NH, Patrick M. Codair, Mark A. Codair, Jr. and Anthony J. Codair and his wife Shantae all of Lynn. One brother Steve Codair and his companion Sandy Silva of Lynn, and two sisters Kathleen Martin and her husband Joseph of Lynn and Marlane Codair of Stoneham. One grandson Ethan Alexander Codair. Also survived by many brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Francis J. Codair.

Mark’s Funeral Service will be Saturday at 11 AM in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn. Relatives and friend are respectfully invited to attend. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 AM. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lynn.
