Nancy Y. (Landry) Covey, age 83 of Lynn, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late John Covey.
Born in Lynn to the late Lawrence and Catherine (Leger) Landry. Nancy was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School, earned her Bachelors of Nursing, and worked as a nurse at Lynn Hospital. She would later raise her children in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She enjoyed making jewelry, doing puzzles, going to the mall, and being with her family.
Nancy was the beloved mother of Tina Cook, James Covey and the late Sherry Covey. She was the loving sister of Wayne Landry and the late Francis Landry. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and several cousins especially Michael Doumanian.
Friends and family are invited to attend Nancy’s graveside service on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Pine Grove Cemetery, 145 Boston Street, Lynn. Please meet at the Main Gate on Boston Street.
