Nancy Lois Shear

Born in Boston to the late William and Lorraine (Boudreau) Devin. Nancy loved to travel, crochet, go on cruises, and loved to shop, but what she cherished most was spending time with her grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her devoted children Christine Severance and husband Michael Severance of Lynn, MA, Craig Devin and wife Laura Devin of Newtown, CT, Danielle Devin of Lynn, MA, Lori-Beth Devin and husband Keith Encarnacao of Salem, MA, Jamie Devin of Lynn, MA and Debra Tobin and her husband Dave Tobin of Easton, MA, her cherished grandchildren Ariana Severance, Mathieu Severance, Caelyn Devin, Courtney Devin, Trent Tessier, Jacob Tessier, Aiden Dexter, Myah Dexter, Brady Encarnacao, and Adam Tobin; and her great-granddaughter Xena Encarnacao; and her sister Jayne Munson and her husband Mark Munson of Avon, MA.

In addition to her husband and parents, Nancy is predeceased by her brothers, Kenny O’Brien and Billy Devin.

Nancy’s visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home.
