

Born and raised in St. John’s Newfoundland, Patricia was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Lilly (Mills) Richardson. She was a resident of Lynn for over 50 years.
Prior to her retirement, she worked as a torch solderer for General Electric and most recently Ametek in Wilmington. She was also a member of the Local 201 IUE and AFL-CIO. She was known as a very hard and dedicated worker. When she retired in 1993 she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her friends. During retirement, she especially loved caring for her infant grandsons.
Patricia leaves her son, Dana R. Blomster and his wife Michelle of Ipswich. She was the devoted grandmother of Kyle and Ryan Blomster. Patricia is the sister of Dorothy Richardson Holwelm, Josephine Richardson Lucas, Gerald Richardson, Bernard Richardson and the late Marie Richardson Bellmore, Nancy Richardson Harris, Joan Richardson McDaniel and Maureen Richardson Power all of Newfoundland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Patricia’s Funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Saturday at 8:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Pius V Church at 9:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting Hours Friday 4-7PM. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to the American Heart Association 300 5th Ave., Suite 6, Waltham, MA 02451-8750 or Alzheimer’s Association 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
