Peter L. April, age 81, of Lynn, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024. He was the beloved husband of the late Carol (Walker) April with whom he shared 42 years of marriage. Born in 1942, he was the son of the late Edward and Catherine (Atwater) April.
Peter was a lifelong resident of Lynn, graduating from Lynn Public Schools, and then joined the United States Navy. Upon his return, he worked as a Machinist for General Electric until his retirement in 2002.
He was the loving father to Robin (April) Faulise and her husband, Daniel of Highland CA, and the brother to Bobby April of Lynn.
Visiting Hours will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 9:00 am to 11:00 in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial and Military Honors to follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
