Born in Lynn, MA on April 7, 1963, he was a son of the late Raymond Edward Bean, Sr. and Pauline Hanson Bean. Ray was a graduate of Lynn Vocational Technical High School, and then went on to proudly serve in the United States Marines.
In his free time, Ray enjoyed lending a helping hand to anyone in need and providing a listening ear, advice and laughs to those needing a trusted friend or “Uncle”. Ray was a sincere advocate of mental health awareness, equality and respect for all.
Surviving Ray are his beloved daughters, Rebekka Bean of Boston, and Mikayla Bean of Marblehead; his loving partner, Danielle Kirshman of Billerica; his sisters, Paula Usher and her husband John of Gonic, NH, Linda Bean of Marblehead, Carolyn Bean of Marblehead, as well as his aunt, Linda Keough of Swampscott, and nephew and nieces, Chris, Jenn, and Rowan.
Arrangements: Friends and family are invited to attend a Graveside Service to be held on Wednesday, August 4th at 11 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Please meet at the main gates.
