Robert Thompson Green

Robert T, Green, age 82, of Lynn, died Saturday May 31st at his home after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Mary Ann (Newhall) Green with whom he shared 23 years of marriage. Born in Lynn he was the son of the late Archiebald and Rebecca (Ford) Green. Bob attended Lynn schools and graduated from Lynn Vocational Technical Institute, Class of 1960. He was employed as a bus driver for Michaud Bus Company and  the McGinn Bus in Lynn for many years until he retired in 2016. Bob drove bus tours all over the United States and Canada. He was a member the former Broadway United Methodist Church, a member of Scottish Rite in Boston, and Aleppo Temple Shrine in Wilmington. He enjoyed going to the Casinos and going out to eat.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a step-son Scott Kassiotis of Lynn, and several nieces and nephews.  

Services Details: Bob’s visiting hours will be held at the Parker Funeral Home 35 Franklin St. Lynn on Friday June 6th from 10:30 – 12:30 PM followed by a burial in Pine Grove Cemetery to which relatives and friends are invited to attend.
